Nollywood actress Regina Daniels deactivated her Instagram account following rumors that her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, would be welcoming a child with actress Chika Ike.

As seen on Monday, her Instagram page was no longer active, with the rumors about trouble in her marriage.

Netizens observed she also didn’t post anything for Valentine’s Day, nor did she acknowledge her husband’s recent move from PDP to APC.

Chika Ike announced she was expecting her first child, sharing pictures of her baby bump on Instagram.

Since then, rumors have been flying that Nwoko is the father and neither Chika or Ned has confirmed anything, but social media is stating otherwise.

A comment reads, “But why is Regina surprised? She knew what she was getting into.” Another reads, “How can wife number six be upset about wife number seven when wife number five didn’t react?”

To clear the air, Ned Nwoko’s office released a statement calling the rumors false. It said he is not planning to marry Chika Ike and she is not pregnant for him.

They described the claims as “malicious speculation” and warned against spreading fake news.

The statement also dismissed claims that Nwoko made comments about singer Tuface and polygamy, calling them “completely untrue.”
