Police Bring Christmas Cheer to Port Harcourt Streets

The Rivers State Police Command’s C4i Strike Force known as OCTOPUS, brought smiles and festive joy to the streets of Port Harcourt this Christmas. Led by Commander CSP Julian W. Igbudu, the team provided food and small gifts to the less privileged on the streets.

This outreach reflects the humanitarian values upheld by the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State and his Management Team. Their approach aligns with the vision of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, who promotes compassion, care, and world-class standards in law enforcement.

The visit wasn’t just a one-time event. The team emphasized that this is the start of a larger initiative. They announced plans for a new phase of outreach on January 1, 2025, aiming to reach even more people in need across the state.

Commander Igbudu and his team also extended an open invitation to other organizations and well-meaning groups to join them in their mission. By working together, they hope to provide even more support to the needy and bring happiness to those who need it most.
