Samson Ebosetale, known as ICent, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter who has been making waves in the global music scene with his unique blend of Afrobeat, Afropop, and R&B.

Born on November 22 in Edo State, Nigeria, ICent began his musical journey in the church choir, which laid the foundation for his diverse musical style.

In 2021, ICent released his debut EP, It’s About Time, showcasing his impressive range and versatility.

The EP features tracks like Hello and Odo, which highlight his ability to craft relatable songs with heartfelt lyrics and infectious melodies.

His collaboration with Nigerian rapper Olamide on the single “Robo” gained attention, further establishing his presence in the music industry.

ICent’s talent and dedication have earned him international recognition, including winning the Artiste of the Year award at the 2023 Turkey Africa Recognition Awards (TARA).
