Acting APC Chairman, Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori

Speaker of the Borno State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Abdulkarim Lawan, and Alhaji Annur Abubakar Mecca, Managing Director of Ajmal Traveling and Tours, have publicly congratulated Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori on his appointment as Acting National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Speaker Lawan commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for directing the former chairman to transfer party affairs to Dalori, citing the need for “continuity and progress.”

“On behalf of the Honourable members, management, and staff of the Borno State House of Assembly, I congratulated Hon. Ali Bukar Dalori for his emergence as the Acting National Chairman of our great party, APC,” Lawan stated.

Lawan described Dalori as well-suited for the role, expressing confidence that the new acting Chairman would work to reconcile aggrieved party members.

“This milestone signifies a remarkable achievement in the career of a man whose journey from grassroots activism to national leadership exemplifies dedication, resilience, and unwavering commitment to Nigeria’s democratic development,” Lawan added.

Alhaji Annur Abubakar Mecca echoed the congratulations, attributing Dalori’s appointment to recognition of his “vast political experience, dedication to the party, and outstanding record in grassroots mobilisation across the country.”

Both Lawan and Mecca voiced confidence in Dalori’s leadership. Lawan assured him of the Borno State House of Assembly’s “continued support and cooperation” as the APC prepares for future elections. Mecca stated, “I am confident that his tenure will strengthen party unity, deepen democratic values, and foster inclusive governance,” aligning with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.
