2Baba Confirms Separation from Wife Annie Idibia - Video

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia aka 2Baba has confirmed his separation from his wife, actress Annie Idibia after 13 years of marriage.

This announcement was made on an Instagram post, where 2Baba shared, “Hello to my beautiful people of all federations. Well, this thing I have to say is short but also long… I and Annie Macaulay have been separated for a while now, and currently filed for divorce.”

Following the initial post, confusion arose when another message appeared on 2Baba’s Instagram account, stating, “My Instagram account has been hacked, efforts are being carried out to take back control. #onelove!”

Fans and media outlets had to believe that the earlier announcement about the separation was unauthorized.

However, 2Baba took to his Instagram on Sunday night to clarify the situation.

In a video message, he confirmed that his account had not been compromised and that the post regarding the separation was indeed from him. His statement was, “Nobody hacked my account. Annie and I are no longer together.”
