Popular Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele, is celebrating a big success with her latest movie, EJLT The Movie. In just eight days, the film has earned an amazing $194,560 at the box office.

Funke took to social media to thank everyone who made this happen. She gave a special shoutout to her fans, who she calls “Jenifans,” and the team behind the movie.

In her post, she said, “Who else but God? Huge thanks to my tireless cast, fabulous colleagues, and unstoppable Jenifans. YOU are the true superstars. I LOVE YOU ALL TO INFINITY AND BEYOND.”

The movie is currently showing in cinemas across several countries. In the United Kingdom, fans can watch it at Cineworld, MyVue, and Odeon. In Canada, it is playing at Cineplex, while audiences in the United States can catch it at AMC Theatres and Removies. In Germany, it’s being shown at UCI Kinowelt, and in Italy, at UCI Cinemas. Sweden has it available at Filmstaden, and in Côte d’Ivoire, it’s playing at Cinema Majestic.
