Popular Nigerian socialite Cubana Chief Priest and Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy have engaged in a heated online conversation causing reactions across social media.
The drama began when Burna Boy referred to Cubana Chief Priest as “Owerri Rick Ross” in a post many believe was a subtle jab.
In his post, Burna Boy hinted at Cubana Chief Priest’s association with someone called “Omo Igbo” in Atlanta and suggested that the socialite might soon hold a prominent position in Nigeria’s music and social scene.
The cryptic message read: “No forget say u be Azaman o. And dem don gbe your plug wey him name na ‘Omo Igbo’ for ATL and na u be next #OwerriRickyrozay.”
Cubana Chief Priest, known for his fiery personality, wasted no time in responding. In a sharp reply, he called Burna Boy “pained” and suggested that his Grammy win was influenced by music mogul Diddy’s support.
He wrote: “Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD. You never see anything, you and your bend down collect Grammy.”
The socialite didn’t stop there. He followed up with another post referencing Burna Boy’s luxury lifestyle, hinting at debts and teasing further revelations.
“The Ferrari’s. The London jewelers debt. I’m coming. I have long waited for this moment. Osubrileeee oooo,” he wrote.
